Food

Your ride registration includes a free all-you-can-eat post-ride meal for meat-eaters and vegetarians, plus great beer (provided you are at least 21 years old with proper I.D.).

If you have friends or family coming to the finish who are not pedaling they can purchase the meal and beer on the spot.

Massage

Free massage is available at the finish line. When you get to the finish line, be sure to sign up for a time slot for a wonderful relaxing massage. We wish we had time to provide massages for all 600 riders, but that's impossible -- we'll do our best to take care of you.
